A Tornadic storm continues moving through Clinton County near De Witt. This storm will move into Illinois by 3:30pm. A squall line is moving through SE Minnesota with warnings as far south as the Minnesota-Iowa border. These storms will effect areas like Cresco, West Union, Decorah, Waukon and Elkader through 5pm.
Elsewhere the skies remain partly to mostly sunny with temps in the mid 80s to low 90s (outside of any rain cooled thunderstorms)
