River Flooding continues on rivers in the southern part of the state. Some rivers have gone below flood stage while others continue to rise. Numerous rivers south of Des Moines will fall below flood stage this morning. The Des Moines River in Ottumwa, Keosauqua and St. Francisville and the Iowa River at Wapello will be above flood stage at least through Saturday barring any more rain falling in the river basin.
