Most of the watch has been cancelled, however the watch has been expanded and extended in the Quad Cities CWA for Buchanan, Delaware and Dubuque until 1pm. It has also been expanded to include Jackson County in Iowa and Carroll, Jo Daviess and Stephenson County in Illinois.
