The Warning that was in effect for Lincoln, Turner and Minnehaha Counties in South Dakota has been allowed to expire. The storms are no longer severe according to the Weather Service. These storms will continue moving East at 25 mph and should effect areas in Iowa north of US 18 in Lyon and Sioux County through 4:15 AM.
